ROSTYSLAV ZVYAHINZEV
Rostyslav Zvyahinzev was born in 1938 in the village of Korovskoe in Russia,
attending the Dnipropetrovsk Art School and afterwards in 1967 the Kyiv Art
Institute, specializing in painting. He now lives and works in the city of Rivne.
In his work, he continues the traditions of the Ukrainian school of realism.
The world of Rostyslav's canvases is the world of Ukrainian nature. All of the
artist's works are filled with a love for landscapes-both large canvases and smaller
etudes. The soul of the painter is filled with a love of life and art.
Mr. Zvyahinzev is a member of the Union of Ukrainian Artists and is a
Distinguished Artist of Ukraine. He has taken part in many nationwide
Ukrainian and international art exhibits.
