KYIV.........On December 15, 2003, Ambassador John Herbst honored Perry Construction, a long-term client of the U.S. Embassy Foreign Commercial Service which has assisted Perry with requests and projects in Kyiv since 1996. Perry Construction is Kyiv's only American Construction Company and was established in 1995 by Michael Perry, a U.S. citizen, who owns 75 % of the company.
