  Hryhory Kytasty (1907-1984)
Mr. Kytasty was conductor of the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus from 1941 to 1984.
He was considered a legend in his own time for his outstanding contribution to the Chorus, for his teaching of the bandura, for his composing and performing. He made outstanding contributions to the bandura and furthered the art of the bandura especially in the free world and also world over.
