Near the downtown area behind the
railray bridge one can see the monument to the victims of Lviv
ghetto 1941-1943, which was opened in 1992.

One one of the stones in the
ground near the entrance is carved, "Through this road of
deatn" in 1941-1943 were passing 136,800 Jewish victims
martvred by German Nazi-Fascist occupiers in Lvov Geto".
