On Establishment of the Day Of Memory of Famine Victims Supporting initiative of public organizations, Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine, State Committee of Ukraine on the issues of Religions,

I DECREE:

To establish in Ukraine the Day of Memory of Famine Victims, that is to bed marked annually on the fourth Saturday of November.
