The
centuries-old Ukrainian art of painting in reverse on
glass is revived in a series of colorful folk scenes of
Old Ukraine. The reverse on glass paintings are by Yaroslava
Surmach Mills, a noted artist, illustrator, and author
from West Nyack, New York The images shown here are copies
of the paintings which were printed on greeting cards.
The images on the greeting cards were made from the original
glasspaintings by Yaroslava Surmach Mills.
