Donetsk authorities decided to put a monument for Kobzon and to rename
Savchenko's Street to Ephim Zvyagilskiy Street.
"Donetsk Association" will finance Kobzon's monument. As charity fund
"Golden Skipf" reports, famous Moscow sculptor Oleksandr Rukavishnikov
agreed to work on it.
The Kobzon monument will be opened in the autumn 2003.
