ACQUIRES MOLDOVAN COMPANY MILLAGRO SRL
FOR US$8.25 MILLION

Washington, D.C...............The Trezac Corporation of Boca Raton, Florida
announced on Tuesday, January 28, 2003 that the Company is closing into
escrow, the acquisition of the Moldovan company Millagro SRL for $8.25m
contingent upon audit clarifications. Trezac plans to file Form 8K with the
SEC upon satisfaction of the audit clarifications.
Millagro SRL is a major agriculture and industrial company in Moldova with
$3.9m in assets and $3.3m in revenues for fiscal 2001 (audited) and
anticipates audited revenues for fiscal 2002 to approach $3.5m the Trezac
statement said.
Founded in 1995, Millagro is Moldova's leader in developing and marketing
high quality, competitively priced farm products, nutritional feeds and crop
seeds for farming communities throughout Eastern Europe. The company is
involved in the production and distribution of an entire line of staple
foods according to the Trezac Corporation.
Paul Taylor, Chairman and CEO of the Trezac Company said the company
plans to identifiy and acquire non-cyclical, consumer businesses in Moldova,
Romania and Ukraine. He said the company has begun negotiations with
potential acquisitions that have aggregate assets of approximately $130m
and sales approaching approximately $100m.
According to Trezac Millagro has recently obtained exclusive rights to
distribute farming and special purpose vehicles and equipment into
Moldova from one of the world's largest specialist equipment
manufacturers.
Millagro also develops seeds designed to reduce the need for chemical
treatment, thus increasing crop yield, reducing spoilage, offering longer
shelf life and creating better tasting food products with higher nutritional
values stated the Trezac announcement.
