The GAZ automobile producer and the AvtoInvestStroy corporation (Ukraine) will create the UkrAvtoGAZ company in 2003, which will have exclusive rights as GAZ's exclusive distributor in Ukraine, the PR department of the RusPromAvto company, which is the general proprietor of GAZ, reported.

The new distribution company will be bound to buy 2,000 automobiles per month. Eventually, it will purchase 24,000 automobiles per year. The company will also be involved in upgrading the KrymAvtoGAZ assembly plant (Ukraine).
