WEGA Distribution, Apple's official partner in Ukraine, has begun selling
Apple computers in IT outlets in Ukraine.
A first step in this direction is a partnership with the MByte chain in
Kyiv. The company will sell a wide range of products including eMac,
iMac G4 and iBook. Big interest is expected in the company's latest MP3
player -Apple iPod.
Oleg Lakhotsky from WEGA Distribution said that decision to put Apple
machines on stores shelves resulted from strong interest in Macintosh from
the public.
