The W. J. Group was started in 1989 by four private
entrepreneurs, most of whom came originally from far western Ukraine,
along the Hungarian border. In just 12 years, W. J. Group has catapulted
from its status as an unknown start-up to one of the most reputable,
visible and trustworthy names in the agricultural commodities business.
The W. J. Group is now one of the largest exporters and processors
of grain and oilseed products from the countries of the CIS and Eastern
Europe. |
 |
| The W. J. Group has
expanded to control the entire logistics chain from land to the end-user.
They now provide agricultural inputs (sowing seeds, fertilizers, herbicides
and pesticides, fuel and cash pre-financing) to carefully selected,
reputable farmers. This ensure that producers deliver high quality
products in acceptable quantities in a timely manner. |

the plant's capacity increased to 120,000 tons of sunflower seeds
per year. Newly installed bottling lines fill one liter bottles and
have the capacity of producing up to 10 million bottles per month.

quality sunflower oil which conforms to the highest standards in the
world. W. J. Group is expanding in this area and purchasing other
crushing plants in the CIS.

this volume to increase
substantially.

products in an efficient manner. |
