Wording Of Signs Posted Around Kyiv End of September, 1941 Sign No. 1: "Kikes of the city of Kiev and the surrounding area! On Monday, 29 September 1941, you are required to appear at 8 A.M. at the corner of Melnikow Street and Dorogozhitskaya Street (near the graveyard). Bring your documents, currency, and valuables, as well as warm clothing, underwear, etc. Any kike who fails to appear as ordered and is found elsewhere will be shot."
