By November 1st of 2002 a package of draft laws on development of market of land will be presented for consideration of Verkhovna Rada, in particular "On market of land", "On estimation of land plots", "On mortgage". As UNIAN informs adoption of these laws has extreme importance for development of land reform and creation of market of land.

The law "On market of land" has the highest priority. Introduction of this law will help in creation of big competitive enterprises, increasing of production efficacy due to differential usage of lands of different quality, transparency of contracts on selling and purchase of lands and bringing them out from shadow sector, filling of local budgets due to extension of tax base, improvement of investment attractiveness of Ukrainian enterprises.
